Again, I always love the idea of bringing together humble ingredients to create amazing dishes that the whole family will enjoy. And in this recipe, I’m talking about a one pan breakfast dish totally inspired by the idea of cooking in one pan.
Chicken sausages, vegetables, eggs – it’s a dreamy way to make your own customized recipe. Best part? This breakfast dish only requires one pan, and that means everything is cooked in one pan. This way, all the delicious flavors team up to create one amazing dish.
So, here’s the recipe for this amazing one pan breakfast dish.
Pinch out sausages prior to cooking them in a little oil. You can cook whole sausages if you like, but I just want to add more depth to the flavors. Once the sausages are cooked, stir fry the veggies until they are slightly tender. At this stage, you can add your favorite veggies and customize this one pan breakfast dish.
I’ve also added in a few spices including ground cumin, garam masala and paprika. If you want to spice it up, add a little red chili powder or chopped green chilies.
Now, the fun part. Break the eggs on top, and cook them to your liking. Runny yolk or well-cooked – it’s your preference.
And there you go. A beautiful breakfast dish packed with all the goodness.
