Continuing my eternal love for butter chicken with yet another recipe.

In fact, butter chicken is one of my all-time favorite Indian dishes, and I love all the fusion dishes I have made with butter chicken as the base. I’m talking about butter chicken pizza, butter chicken pasta, and butter chicken biryani. But, I just don’t want to stop there. I’ve more new recipes to share with you.

Enter this pulled butter chicken burger recipe. Mini burgers topped with butter chicken and spicy yogurt sauce. Yum! The best part? These are super easy to make. At the same time, these delicious burgers also happen to be a great lunch or dinner idea.

So, how do you make these burgers? Pretty simple, to be honest. There aren’t any complex ingredients or steps involved in this recipe.

First, make butter chicken. And it’s all about my favorite restaurant style butter chicken curry. But I’ve made just two minor changes to the recipe. One, I cut chicken into larger pieces. Two, once butter chicken is cooked, I shredded the chicken pieces into long strands. You see, shredded or pulled chicken doesn’t always need slow cooker. You can make them on the stove top too. Brilliant! For the rest of the recipe, please go through this restaurant style butter chicken recipe.

To make this butter chicken burger extra delicious, I also made a simple yogurt sauce with plenty of green chilies and flavored with ground cumin. You see, traditional butter chicken curry is very mild, so I think the green chilies add a wow factor to these burgers. Feel free to add more or less chilies depending on your taste.

I also flavored burger buns with my favorite homemade garlic butter mixture. A simple combo of butter, garlic and your favorite herbs. Spread the burger buns with a generous amount of this garlic mixture and simply toast it in the frypan. Done!

Layer the toasted buns with pulled butter chicken and yogurt sauce. And enjoy. Delicious!
