How To Make Creamy Mango Mustard Sauce

Add remaining ingredients and blend - To the pureed mango mixture, add dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Season with a little salt, and puree into a smooth mixture. Finally, chill in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.


Creamy Mango Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup diced mangoes, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place mangoes in a food processor. Add lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
- Blend until just combined.
- Season with salt.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Chill for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer to an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
