Slow Cooker Indian Beef Curry Recipe
Stir frying – Even though you can add the meat straight into the slow cooker, I highly recommend browning over high heat. This will ensure maximum flavor. Again, get the best cut for the curry, like chuck steak. You’ll also need to sauté onions alongside some ginger, garlic, spices, and broth (stock).
Slow cook – All you need to do is add all the ingredients to your slow cooker including browned meat, sautéed spices and coriander (cilantro) leaves.
