Avocado Salsa

Mexican food is very similar to the traditional Indian cuisine- hot and spicy with robust flavors. But this recipe of avocado salsa does not fit into that category; it is just a simple dish that’s a perfect accompaniment to any Mexican food. Having said that, you can always add chopped chilli - it’s up to you.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 avocado roughly chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber skin peeled off and chopped finely
  • 6 sprigs of coriander leaves chopped
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A dash of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix well. Serve avocado salsa with your favorite Mexican food.
