How To Cook Burgers In The Oven
First, add your favorite burger seasoning to ground meat. I opted to keep the flavor profile simple with a delicate touch of paprika, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Fresh onions and garlic also work well in this recipe.
Mix everything together and shape into thin patties. Make sure the patties are as big as your burger buns. Before you shape the patties preheat your oven to 190 C or 375 F. Arrange all the patties on a baking tray. The patties may take 25-30 minutes to cook.
If you have a thermometer, you can check the internal temperature. When cooked, the burger patties will be brown on the outside with a juicy inside. I also highly recommend melting the cheese on top of the burger patties.
