Pulled lamb burger – Give your favorite pulled meat a makeover by simply turning them into lip-smacking burgers. With mint chutney and onion slices adding layers of flavors, these are a must-try!

pulled lamb burger

Pulled meat is my ultimate idea for a lazy dinner. It requires only minimal work to make this fabulous meal. Once you taste this tender, moist and fall-of-the-bone kind of deliciousness, it will definitely become one of your family favorites.

Honestly, is there anything better than pulled meat oozing with flavor and deliciousness? Well, unless you turn it into another impressive and flavorful dinner. So today, I’m going to create this pulled lamb burger which is as delicious as the slow cooked pulled lamb.

To be exact, my most favorite way to enjoy pulled lamb is in a burger. I mean, who can resist a lip-smacking pulled meat sandwiched between two slices of burger buns slathered with mint chutney. Doesn’t that sound so perfect?

Basically, whenever you make the Indian style pulled lamb, try to whip up some burgers too. These are amazingly delicious.

If you have already made the pulled meat (lamb, beef or pork), the burger part is going to be extremely simple and easy. All you need is few burger buns, sliced onions and mint chutney. Surprisingly simple, right?

The first part of the recipe is all about the pulled meat. We have already discussed about it here, and you know the recipe. The second part is making the burger. You can use your creativity to make the best burger. But I’m going to introduce you to a very simple recipe.

The one element that gives this pulled lamb burger a real pop of flavor is the mint chutney. And I used the same chutney in another recipe, Bombay sandwich for extra flavor. Mint leaves, coriander (cilantro) leaves and lemon juice makes this chutney irresistible. The combo of spicy meat and mint is just incredible.

For extra crunch and taste, add an onion layer to the burger. Slice the onions as thin as possible.

And that’s it! This pulled lamb burger is just awesome!
