Tomato ketchup or sauce
Mint Chutney:
1cupcoriandercilantro leaves
¼cupmint leaves
¼teaspoonlemon juice
½teaspoonchopped ginger
½teaspoonchopped garlic
Salt to taste
Instructions
To make the mint chutney, place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process until you get a very smooth paste.
Pulled Lamb Burger:
Cut the burgers in halves horizontally. Spread mint chutney on the slices. Top the base of the burgers with pulled lamb or any meat you like and sliced onions. Add a tablespoon of tomato ketchup to each burger. Top with the other half of the burger. Serve warm.
