Preheat oven to 375 F or 190 C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place minced (ground) meat in a large bowl.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, breadcrumbs and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix and shape into 6 thin burger patties.
Transfer to baking tray.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the patties. Ideally, the inside temperature needs to be 160 F or 71 C.
Top with cheese slices.
Transfer back to the oven for one minute or until cheese melts.
To assemble, top the burger buns with burger sauce, burger patties, lettuce and tomatoes. Finish off with the top bun.
