Hot honey charcuterie chips. Turn your favorite entertaining platter into a flavor party with these loaded chips featuring prosciutto, salami, and brie baked over salt and vinegar chips. A generous drizzle of hot honey completes the flavor profile.

Why I love These Salty, Sweet And Spicy Chips
Admittedly, a cheese platter adorned with good quality cheese, crackers and deli meat has always been an essential item of the perfect entertaining menu. But, what if I say there’s another way to enjoy all the key elements of a great platter with crunchy potato chips. In this era of unlimited food trends, I think this idea is so cool and worth the hype, where the deli meats alongside brie takes the spotlight.
Although the key toppings are brie, salami and prosciutto, the good news is that you can top the chips with your cheese board favorites. As with potato chips, feel free to swap them with veggie chips or sweet potato chips. These loaded chips taste amazing on their own, however, my ultimate add-on and favorite element is the hot honey. Simply put, hot honey is all about honey with a touch of heat, usually with the addition of red pepper (chili) flakes. The touch of sweet and heat that it brings to these chips is exceptionally delicious.
Key Ingredients In Charcuterie Chips

- Chips - To be exact, salt and vinegar chips.
- Deli meats - Prosciutto and salami.
- Cheese - Brie.
- Hot honey - Homemade or store bought.
How To Make Charcuterie Chips
Gather the ingredients - Potato chips, preferably salt and vinegar chips, your favorite cheese platter meats, and cheese. I have opted for brie in this recipe that makes an amazing combo with hot honey. Hot honey can be homemade or store bought.

Make loaded chips - Arrange the chips on a large tray followed by the toppings, and bake for about 10 minutes. Finally heat up honey with a little chili flakes and drizzle it over the chips. Enjoy the crispy goodness!
