And when it comes to making the best version of your favorite dish, it’s always great to have a few tricks up your sleeve to minimize the amount of time you spend in the kitchen. So, to help you make the best cheat’s version of pizza, here’s my super easy yet perfect way to create the best crust.
2 ingredient pizza dough recipe. The one recipe I turn to whenever I want a quick dinner idea but still maintaining the total deliciousness. The two ingredients used in this recipe don’t need any yeast which drastically reduces the prep time.
2 Ingredient Pizza Dough Recipe
Let’s make the magic 2 ingredient dough. All you need to do is knead together self raising flour and yogurt. And don’t forget to season with salt. Make a soft dough and then set aside for about 15 minutes.
When ready to bake, roll into a round pizza crust. You have two options here – make two small pizzas or one large pizzas. You can also make mini pizzas.
Now the toppings. Just choose your favorites. I chose pizza sauce, mozzarella and plenty of veggies to adorn the pizza crust.

Learn the secret recipe to make the perfect pizza base with just two ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 cups self raising flour
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine together self raising flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Season with salt.
- Using a wooden spoon, bring all the ingredients together.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface.
- Knead for about 5 minutes to make a soft dough.
- Transfer dough to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap (cling wrap) or damp tea towel. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 C / 400F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Divide the dough into two equal halves.
- Shape into round pizza crust.
- Carefully transfer to a baking tray.
- Top with your favorite toppings. I used pizza sauce, mozzarella, bell peppers (capsicum) and mushrooms.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
- Slice and serve.

- I used 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, 1/4 cup grated mozzarella, 1/4 cup bell peppers and mushrooms for one small pizza
