Servings 2 small pizzas or 1 large pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 and ¼ cups self raising flour
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine together self raising flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Season with salt.
  • Using a wooden spoon, bring all the ingredients together.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface.
  • Knead for about 5 minutes to make a soft dough.
  • Transfer dough to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap (cling wrap) or damp tea towel. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 200 C / 400F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Divide the dough into two equal halves.
  • Shape into round pizza crust.
  • Carefully transfer to a baking tray.
  • Top with your favorite toppings. I used pizza sauce, mozzarella, bell peppers (capsicum) and mushrooms.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

  • I used 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, ¼ cup grated mozzarella, ¼ cup bell peppers and mushrooms for one small pizza
