Combine together self raising flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Season with salt.
Using a wooden spoon, bring all the ingredients together.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface.
Knead for about 5 minutes to make a soft dough.
Transfer dough to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap (cling wrap) or damp tea towel. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 C / 400F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Divide the dough into two equal halves.
Shape into round pizza crust.
Carefully transfer to a baking tray.
Top with your favorite toppings. I used pizza sauce, mozzarella, bell peppers (capsicum) and mushrooms.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
Slice and serve.
