How To Make Dumpling Bake
Prep and bake - This recipe is one pan as you just need to add all the ingredients to a deep baking pan and bake. Start with preheating your oven. Whisk curry paste, milk, sugar, ginger, garlic and sesame oil in the baking dish until it’s silky. Make sure the dumplings are mostly submerged in the sauce.

Garnish and serve - A sprinkle of sesame seeds and a drizzle of chili oil makes it absolutely delicious. Scoop, serve, and enjoy the ultimate cozy baked dumplings.


One Pan Dumpling Bake
Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cm fresh ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 head of bokchoy, chopped
- 400 g frozen dumpling
- Salt to taste
To garnish:
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onions (scallions)
- Chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F).
- Place coconut milk, red curry paste, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil in a deep ovenproof dish. Whisk to combine. Season with salt.
- Add bokchoy. Arrange dumplings in a single layer. Spoon sauce over the dumplings.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for about 10 minutes or until dumplings are cooked and tops look slightly golden.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped spring onions (scallions) and chili oil (optional).
