Just like your savory dishes, the desserts are also vital in bringing the vibe to your dinner table. But that doesn’t mean it needs to be complex with multiple elements. With good quality ingredients, a simple cheesecake can spark the magic.
The basic idea of this santa hat cheesecake is so simple and classic, however, as you can see, the santa hat brings in all the festive vibes. The cheesecake is loaded with white chocolate and the base is made with your favorite oreos. Heaven!
How To Make Santa Hat Cheesecake
Start with crushing the oreos into a fine powder and mixing it with butter. This mixture goes into the holes of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Press down firmly and refrigerate until you make the filling.
As I mentioned, the top layer of this santa hat cheesecake is white chocolate cheesecake. A divine combination of white chocolate, cream cheese, cream and vanilla extract.
First, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Gelatin dissolved in boiling water keeps the cake firm, but make sure you allow this to cool completely before adding to the cream cheese mixture. Once gelatin is incorporated into the cheesecake, fold in melted white chocolate and whipped cream.
Add this filling to the oreo bases in the muffin tin. Refrigerate until set.
Finally, the cutest part of this santa hat cheesecake. Strawberry santa hats. Pipe a layer of whipped cream on the cheesecakes. Place the strawberries on top. Pipe a dollop of whipped cream at the very top of the strawberries.
And that’s it! Cutest Christmas treats for your loved ones!
