Topping:

Instructions
Line a ⅓ cup capacity muffin tin with cupcake liners. Set
aside.
Base layer:
Place powdered oreos in a small bowl.
Add melted butter.
Mix together until it resembles wet sand. Divide them among
the cupcake liners.
Using a small glass or back of spoon, press down onto the base of the liners. Refrigerate.
Cheesecake layer:
Place cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until combined and fluffy.
Stir in cooled gelatin.
Add white chocolate and cream. Fold in gently.
Divide mixture among the cupcake liners.
Refrigerate 4-6 hours or until set.
Santa hat topping:
Place cream and sugar in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Transfer whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with star nozzle.
Pipe a layer of cream on the cheesecakes. Top with strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
