How To Make Creamy Chicken Fagita Pasta
Start with cooking the chicken in a little oil. I cut them into thin strips and stir fried over high heat. You can use any cut of chicken in this recipe, but I prefer chicken breasts. Once the chicken strips are cooked through, remove them from pan, and stir fry garlic.
Next up, onions and bell peppers (capsicum) are added into the pan. Lightly saute them until they are soft. The cooked chicken goes back into the pan at this stage followed by the addition of fagita spices. This includes ground cumin, red chili powder and ground black pepper. Give this a quick stir fry and pour in the rich cream. Simmer this mixture for about 2 minutes before adding in grated parmesan, cooked pasta and parsley. If the sauce is too thick, you can also add a little pasta water. Toss pasta in the sauce and your dinner is ready in a flash.
