I made this dish as an entrée for a party a few years ago, but then almost forgot about it. Needless to say, it was a real hit among my guests especially kids. But I omitted the sauce as I wasn’t sure whether my guests will like it or not. I came across this recipe again while searching for a finger food recipe, and decided to give it a go once more, this time with the sauce. And the good news – both fried chicken and sauce tastes DELICIOUS!!!!
