Super crispy pasta chips flavored with chaat masala
These chips are super easy to make. And the recipe is pretty straight forward. Ok, first things first, cook one packet of pasta according to the instructions. I cooked them for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside. Again, you can choose your favorite pasta to create these chips. I opted for bowties just because I think that they look pretty and elegant. To prevent the pasta from sticking together, you’ll need to toss them in a little oil.
Now, let’s move on to the deep frying part of this pasta chips recipe. Heat oil in a large pan, and fry the pasta in batches. Keep an eye on frying pasta as they’ll turn golden and crisp really quick. Drain the fried chips on absorbent paper towel and sprinkle with chaat masala. Toss.
