Boil plenty of water in a large pot. Season with salt. Add pasta. Stir. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente following the packet directions. Drain. Toss pasta in a little olive oil to prevent them from sticking together. Set aside.
Heat oil for deep frying over medium-high heat. Once hot, add pasta. Fry for about 2 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned. Drain on absorbent towel.Sprinkle with chaat masala. Add more or less depending on your taste preferences.
Serve with marinara if you like.
Make pasta chips in an air fryer:
Place cooked pasta in the basket of air fryer in batches. Cook at 200 C or 400 F for 9-10 minutes or until crispy and golden, tossing halfway through.
Sprinkle with chaat masala.
