Why I Love This Healthier Big Mac

Of course, there are plenty of fakeaway recipes out there, with your favorites competing with each other for a spot on your menu. And one recipe that’s clearly a top favorite is the deconstructed Big Mac in a bowl screaming ‘less bun, more filling’. It’s quick to make, healthier, and totally customizable to add more or less of your preferred elements. And the star of the dish is the tangy all-time favorite burger sauce, but homemade with less nasties.

Let’s deconstruct this easy to make bowl. First, seasoned ground (minced) beef or whatever protein you like. Shredded lettuce add the veggies you need. Make fries healthier with the baked, homemade version. The tangy pickles are key to bring in the authentic flavor. And the perfect creamy, tangy special burger sauce to bring everything together. Iconic perfection!
