Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add beef. Cook, using a wooden spoon break up any lumps, for 5 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and paprika, and saute, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until beef is cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
To make the Big Mac sauce, combine together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup (tomato sauce), pickle relish and white vinegar in a small bowl.
Divide beef mixture among four serving bowls. Top with lettuce, fries and pickles. Drizzle over with Big Mac sauce.
