When beautiful summer arrives, all I can think about is refreshing drinks. In my opinion, watermelons are the ultimate summer fruits. I love them! And when turned into a summer drink, they are absolute thirst quenchers. Crushed watermelons, sweet mango juice, sparkling water – all getting together to create a wonderful drink. No fat, less calories, healthy and vibrant. Don’t you love it?

Watermelon Punch

Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed watermelon, chilled
- 1 cup mango juice or orange juice or pineapple juice, chilled (I used mango)
- 1 cup sparkling mineral water or soda water, chilled (I used sparkling water)
- Ice cubes, to garnish (optional)
- Mint leaves, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place watermelon in a blender. Blend. Pass it through a sieve to remove the hard bits. Set aside. Fill each glass with ¼ cup mango juice, or pineapple juice, or orange juice. Divide watermelon juice evenly among the 4 drinking glasses. Add mineral water. Top with ice cubes and mint leaves.
