Watermelon Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed watermelon chilled
  • 1 cup mango juice or orange juice or pineapple juice chilled (I used mango)
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water or soda water chilled (I used sparkling water)
  • Ice cubes to garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Place watermelon in a blender. Blend. Pass it through a sieve to remove the hard bits. Set aside. Fill each glass with ¼ cup mango juice, or pineapple juice, or orange juice. Divide watermelon juice evenly among the 4 drinking glasses. Add mineral water. Top with ice cubes and mint leaves.
