Easy Homemade Barbecue Sauce
All you need is 5 simple ingredients plus 15 minutes cooking time to create this delicious sauce. You’ll need ketchup (tomato sauce), brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and English mustard. Combine everything in a saucepan and cook for about 10-15 minutes to create this amazing sauce.
While cooking, make sure you stir the sauce occasionally to prevent burning. Continue the cooking process until the mixture is sticky, smooth, and thick. I really love the smooth glaze look of the sauce. Trust me, this homemade barbecue sauce is much better than the store bought version.
Once the sauce is ready, let it cool completely. You can store this in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about a week. Or even freeze it for 3 months.
