When I look back to the days I started cooking , I realize the fact that the way I cook has changed a lot. One of the major achievements is the transition from store bought masala pastes and powders to homemade ones – the very same way our mums prepared delicious meals for us. In this beef fry recipe, I haven’t used any meat masala powders; instead I’ve relied on whole spices and garam masala to cook up succulent beef that you won’t be able to resist.
