To make the traditional casserole, you will only need 3 ingredients – green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and fried onions. I love the addition of simple flavorful ingredients like garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and fresh or dried herbs when it comes to cooking at home. It literally makes the dish so delicious. This casserole is also easy to plan and make ahead, reducing your kitchen time on the big day. While it’s baking in the oven, you will get time to prep other dishes or set the table before your guests arrive.
