Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 3/4 cup chicken broth (stock)
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Juice from 2 large lemons
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
