Ok, let’s check out the recipe for this chicken fettuccine alfredo.
As the name suggests, fettuccine is the key ingredient here. However, feel free to choose your favorite pasta to cook in the creamy alfredo sauce. Just follow the packet instructions to cook pasta. Easy peasy!
While pasta is cooking, you can make the delightful sauce. A very simple tip to save time in the kitchen. To make the alfredo sauce, start with stir frying chicken in a combo of butter and oil. The perfect alfredo sauce is basically rich, creamy and super delicious. And that means, we’re talking about plenty of butter and rich cream in this recipe. If you don’t want to add chicken, make sure you add plenty of broccoli florets, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
Once the chicken is stir fried, remove it from the pan, and heat up more butter and oil. Now you’ll need to sauté onions and garlic. Then simmer fresh cream for about 6 mins. For extra creaminess, add some grated parmesan. Both cream and cheese make this chicken fettuccine alfredo rich and irresistible.
At this stage, don’t forget to season the sauce before you add in cooked chicken and fettuccine. Time for the final step now - toss. Garnish with plenty of parsley or even basil before you serve.
I can’t wait to make this again for dinner soon. This is the best alfredo sauce to brighten your pasta meal. So good!
