Pull Apart Garlic Bread Recipe
Start with mixing together flour, sugar, yeast and salt. With the flour, bread flour is the best option, but regular all purpose or plain flour also works well in this recipe. I love the slight sweetness that sugar adds to this bread.
Next, you’ll need to add melted butter and lukewarm warm water and knead the mixture into a soft dough. At this stage, let this rise for about 1-2 hours. Ideally, the dough needs to double in size.
Punch the dough down and knead for a couple of minutes. Then, roll it out and spread a buttery mixture of garlic, butter and chopped parsley. Now, cut the large rectangle into small rectangles or squares that go into a greased loaf tin. Let this rise again and then bake.
You will be amazed by the fluffy layers with crisp edges.
