2 Ingredient Naan Recipe
This recipe is super simple. Start with combining self raising flour and yogurt. Make sure you are using self raising flour in this recipe. You can also make this with regular all purpose or plain flour. However, it requires the addition of baking powder. With yogurt, Greek style full fat thick yogurt is the best option. This is because the water content in yogurt will impact the end results.
Once you make a soft dough, drizzle with a little oil and leave this to rest for about 10-15 minutes. Now, you call roll out large lemon sized balls and shape them into beautiful oval shaped naans.
And it’s cooking time! While cooking, brush with oil, so the flatbread will stay moist and soft. I also like top them with a little garlic butter mixture. Trust me, this one step will elevate the taste to the next level.
Such a delicious option when you are in a hurry!
