Are you looking for a delicious alternative to your favorite steak recipe? And do you want the best of both worlds – flavor and taste? Well, here’s the one perfect way to create your favorite vegetarian steak – cauliflower steak. Trust me, it totally tastes delicious!
Cauliflower is cut into steaks, sprinkled with spices and baked to perfection. I really love the idea of serving it with avocado hollandaise, the creamy dreamy avocado sauce. The combo is simply incredible!
Start with cutting the cauliflower into steaks. First, cut it into halves and then slice into steaks. I highly recommend drizzling with a little olive oil to keep the steaks moist and flavorful while cooking.
The next step in making cauliflower steak is coating them in a simple spice mix. Remember you can use your favorite spice mix to make these steaks. I have opted for a simple mix of ground cumin and cayenne pepper.
And finally, bake the steaks in the oven until tender. Absolutely delicious!
