50gnoodleschoose your favorite - I used rice noodles
1tablespoonoil
2garlic clovescrushed
1cupshredded cabbage
1cupjulienned carrots
1cupsliced spring onionsor scallions
½cupjulienned bell pepperor capsicum
2tablespoonsoy sauce
¼teaspoonwhite pepper powder
Chopped spring onionsor scallions, to garnish
Instructions
Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain. Lightly coat in oil. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add garlic. Stir fry for few seconds or until aromatic. Add vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender but crisp. Add noodles, soy sauce and white pepper powder. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onions (scallions).

- I used rice noodles in this recipe, but feel free to add your favorite noodles - Add more veggies like babycorn, mushrooms and green beans if you like
