Instructions
Preheat oven to 135 C / 275 F. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
Cut each cheese slice into four squares.
Arrange cheese slices on the baking tray in a single layer.
Using a thin wooden skewer, make holes in the center of cheese squares.
Sprinkle generously with Italian seasoning.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until crisp.

After baking, you can toss them in a little chat masala if you like
You can also use grated cheese or cheese wedges for this recipe
Apart from Italian seasoning, you can also use bagel seasoning or your favorite spice mix to season the crisps
