Ingredients

  • 6 cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 135 C / 275 F. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
  • Cut each cheese slice into four squares.
  • Arrange cheese slices on the baking tray in a single layer.
  • Using a thin wooden skewer, make holes in the center of cheese squares.
  • Sprinkle generously with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until crisp.

Notes

  • After baking, you can toss them in a little chat masala if you like
  • You can also use grated cheese or cheese wedges for this recipe 
  • Apart from Italian seasoning, you can also use bagel seasoning or your favorite spice mix to season the crisps
