Thinly slice carrots and onions, season with salt, sprinkle with chaat masala
Instructions
Make your favorite steamed momos (veg or chicken) - Recipe link just below this recipe
In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients for tandoori paste - Recipe link just below this recipe
Preheat grill.
Toss momos in tandoori paste. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until slightly charred. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chaat masala.
Serve with mint chutney or peri peri mayonnaise and carrot salad.
