garlic powder
or minced fresh garlic

dried oregano

Naan crisps:

Green chutney or your favorite dip
to serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 C / 400 F. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
To make oil-herb mixture, combine together oil, garlic powder and oregano in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush naans with oil-herb mixture.
Cut into triangles.
Transfer to the baking sheet.
Arrange in a single layer.
Bake for about 5-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Leave to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Serve with green chutney or your favorite dip.
