Place onions, ginger, garlic, tomato, ground turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, beef, lemon juice and water in instant pot.
Season with salt.
Stir to combine.
Seal the instant pot lid.
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally.
Open the lid.
If the sauce is too thin, transfer beef to a bowl and then simmer the sauce on sauté mode until it has thickened.
Garnish with chopped (coriander leaves) cilantro if you like.
