Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers, preferably Persian, cut into cubes.
  • 1 cup yogurt, preferably Greek style
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (cilantro), optional
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place cucumbers, yogurt, ground cumin, and coriander leaves (cilantro) in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Season with salt.
