Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast fillet cut into cubes
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • Bamboo skewers

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients to make the marinade.
  • Marinate chicken for 2-3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Before threading chicken cubes onto the bamboo skewers, soak skewers in cold water.
  • Grill and serve with sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
