Honey Soy Chicken Skewers

Honey Soy Chicken Skewers

Honey soy chicken skewers are one of my favorite party finger foods for so many reasons. First, they are quite simple and easy to prepare. It only needs a couple of ingredients, but you get a wonderful dish in the end. In addition, chicken can be marinated a day ahead, and it won’t take much time to cook them just before serving. I think they would look really good with some red or green capsicum cubes threaded in between chicken pieces to give a striking contrast. And as an added bonus, you don’t have to worry about making a dipping sauce, as they go really well with tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce. Perfect way to impress your guests at your next barbeque party!
