Ingredients

Pizza base:

Pizza toppings:

  • 2 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella low fat + extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper capsicum chopped
  • 4-5 button mushrooms chopped
  • Basil leaves to garnish

Instructions

Pizza base:

  • Make pizza base following the instructions in the recipe. (Recipe link right below this recipe)

Pizza toppings:

  • Preheat oven to 200C or 400F.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on top of the base. Top with mozzarella and then chopped veggies. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves.

Notes

- Add chopped paneer to make this pizza more flavorful.
- For extra heat, add finely chopped green chilies or red chili flakes
- Use your favorite veggies like olive, corn, cherry tomatoes
