Warm tortillas loaded with shredded roast turkey, avocado salsa and sour cream. These tacos are vibrant, nutritious and insanely delicious. Great recipe using leftover turkey when you want to eat healthy after the turkey day feast.
Warm tortillas over the stove top or in the microwave. Divide shredded turkey evenly among the tortillas. Top them with avocado salsa and red onions. Add a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with chaat masala if you like.

- Chaat masala is available in Indian grocery stores- Tandoori turkey can be substituted with tandoori chicken if you like
