Instructions
Place eggs, avocado, cottage cheese and chives in a large bowl.
Add lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place one slice of bread on a flat work surface.
Spread with avocado egg mixture.
Top with another bread slice.
Serve immediately.
