peeled, destoned and chopped ( I used yellow peaches)

chopped red onions

chopped tomatoes

large green chilies
chopped

tablespoons
chopped mint leaves

tablespoons
lime juice

Salt
to taste

Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place peaches, red onions, tomatoes, green chilies and mint leaves in a large bowl.
Add lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss.
Serve with tortilla chips, or grilled fish and meat.

- If you love bell peppers (capsicum), you can add ½ cup chopped peppers to the salsa
