Place a frying pan or skillet over low heat.
Add olive oil.
When hot, add mushrooms. Season with salt.
Sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until they are are tender, release juices, and most of the juice cook away. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Add butter to the pan over medium heat.
When melted, add onions and garlic.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes or until the onions are soft and garlic is fragrant.
Add mushrooms, dried oregano, parsley, red chili flakes, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Sauté, stirring, for about 1 minute.
Stir in cream. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
