Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley leaves
  • 1 chicken or vegetarian stock cube crushed
  • ¾ cup fresh cream
  • Freshly grated black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Grated cheese of your choice to decorate

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the packet directions, drain, and keep aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic. Add broccoli florets and cook, covered, over a low flame.
  • When it’s done, add cooked pasta, and mix well. Now add the fresh cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then sprinkle dried parsley leaves, crushed stock cube, and generous amount of black pepper on your pasta. Again, mix well.
  • Transfer broccoli pasta to a serving plate, and decorate with grated cheese.
