Cook pasta according to the packet directions, drain, and keep aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic. Add broccoli florets and cook, covered, over a low flame.
When it’s done, add cooked pasta, and mix well. Now add the fresh cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then sprinkle dried parsley leaves, crushed stock cube, and generous amount of black pepper on your pasta. Again, mix well.
Transfer broccoli pasta to a serving plate, and decorate with grated cheese.
