700gboneless chickencut into strips (I used chicken breast fillet)
1cupjulienned carrots
1cupshredded cabbage
1cupsliced onions
½cupscallionsor spring onions
Chopped spring onionsor scallions, to garnish
Instructions
Stir fry sauce:
Combine together worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce and a pinch of sugar in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Yakisoba noodles:
Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from pan. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the pan over high heat. Add carrots, cabbage, onions and scallions (spring onions). Stir fry for 2 minutes or until tender. Add fried chicken, cooked noodles and stir fry sauce. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
