Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onions. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until the onions are soft and translucent. Add garlic, ginger, ground cumin, garam masala and red chili powder. Sauté, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add butter and tomato paste. Sauté, stirring, for 1 minute. Add cream, milk and yogurt. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Simmer 3-4 minutes or until the sauce is really thick. Set aside.
