Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Then pass it through a fine sieve to
  • remove the seeds. Now all you have to do is transfer the berry mixture to ice block molds (Popsicle molds) and refrigerate overnight. Done! Berry pops are ready!
