Beef & Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base
  • 250 g beef mince or ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon canned tomatoes Give a quick whizz in the blender or tomato puree
  • A pinch of dried parsley leaves optional
  • 2 mushrooms sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  • ½ of one red capsicum sliced
  • ½ of 1 green capsicum sliced
  • 10 pitted black olives cut in halves
  • 2 cups your choice of grated cheese mozzarella / parmesan/ cheddar
  • 1 red chilli finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • For the pizza base, please follow the instructions in nishkitchen.com
  • Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the beef mince. Add enough salt. Mix well. Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
  • Once the pizza base is ready, you can start to add the toppings.
  • First layer – canned tomatoes or tomato puree. Sprinkle a pinch of dried parsley leaves on top.
  • Second layer – cooked beef mince or ground beef.
  • Third layer – all the veggies
  • Fourth layer- grated cheese
  • Place pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
