Ingredients

Ingredients for Burger Patty

  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley or oregano or rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Ingredients for Burger Patty II

  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ of one egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients together except salt and pepper. Then season with salt and pepper. Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten them to make patties. Shallow fry or grill the patties.
